I regret to have to report that jamman ripped me off... I sent 50% to start a project and then communication became impossible. I haven't gotten a reply from this person since.

Steer clear of this asshole.

Yeah seriously weird guy, messaged me about some work about a month back, gave him the brief and he never replied. Messaged him to ask him WTF was going on and he never replied.

Even If my client is willing to pay in advance, I insist that he can pay me later once I deliver his article to him. It is general protection, trust counts but never pay in advance if total is too high.

I was going to give her/him the benefit of the doubt for the next few days still and refrain from posting on here but...I placed my order for her buy 4 get 1 free on the 8th, on the 14th I got an e-mail saying that with all the orders that she took she lost track of mine and I would receive it EOD tomorrow (the 15th). I was like ok give me spoon pics and it's all good.

Sent another e-mail on Friday(17th) basically saying wtf and haven't heard back yet. It does look like she was on here today so wtf. I seem to have bad luck with this shit sometimes and end up ordering when people take too many orders or build up their rep enough to take everyone's money and run and I'm fucking pissed.

Jamman - I want my fucking order TODAY EOD or REFUND or I'm filing a dispute with paypal (and I advise everyone else who feels they've been ripped do the same)

Oh and also if she's "busy" writing all that shit she could have updated her thread, not very difficult and takes 5 seconds +she's obviously logged in here since so there's no excuses on the lack of communication going on. And I'm sure it would have prevented this thread from ever happening.

/end sick of dealing with retards rant

You've got it Dan

To anyone else-
I admit I took on way more orders than I should have. There was a lot of money coming in and it clouded my judgment on what was "enough" - It is not an excuse, but admitting to a mistake.

All yesterday and today I've been catching up on orders.

I have not forgotten about ANY order, big or small.

I understand if anyone does not want their order still and you are welcome to a full refund.

Crossfittn - You're the asshole for starting a whole new thread over this instead of posting in the original thread - You have received your refund.

...or I'm filing a dispute with paypal (and I advise everyone else who feels they've been ripped do the same)

FYI, if you try that against a seller that knows paypal policy you'll typically lose. The reason being is because of this in the buyer protection policy.

The Buyer Complaint Policy only applies to payments for tangible,
physical goods which can be shipped, and excludes all other payments
,
including but not limited to payments for intangibles, for services or
for licenses and other access to digital content. In addition, items
prohibited in the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy are ineligible for
coverage.

For the Terms and Conditions of the Buyer Complaint Policy, click "Legal
Agreements" at the bottom of the page and click "User Agreement."

(Though in their actual user agreement they only mention this to say that you're only elgible for seller protection if its a tangible good that can be shipped, they don't mention that fact under the buyer protection portion, but that above is the official paypal response.)

kb- thanks for that info

If you want to be a little pussy like crossfittn, be my guest and start another thread.
However, if you are truly concerned that I'm running with your money, go to the original thread (or PM or EMAIL me) and ask for a refund.

Meh, Outing is unprofessional to begin with (I should know considering my debut to WF lol).

Also I was making no implications of you running off with money, but just simply correcting someone's assumption that the paypal buyer protection is a one-size-fit-all response, it has a tendency of totally fucking over the sellers account even if things do end up being resolved, especially since it ties up future incomes causing difficulties with even more buyers, and in general a very very very very last resort thing to do (but as I mentioned before, you can't really use it for non-tangible goods, especially against a seller that knows their policy).

yeah i should just be a man and let you conveniently forget you have my money. You fail for running your business like a 10 year old and then taking it out on me. Anyway, it's too bad you wouldn't respond to any of my private messages... You only give a shit if other people see that you were ignoring me and keeping me money. Even though you only gave me a refund because i made this public, I'll say thanks for the refund (just got it)

Thanks tips, I'm quite aware of that.

Not sure who that's intended at and I don't know your situation with crossfittn (so I'll stay out of that) but if you read my post you'd see I wanted to refrain for a few more days before I said anything (even though there's been no communication for 6 days, more than generous I think). When I saw the thread though it led me to believe we wouldn't be the only ones hence why I posted. And, I might have exploded a little bit so sorry about that but the point is when you screw up by taking too many orders or are delayed for whatever reason communication is KEY.

Either way I'm glad you're doing the right thing now and hope you come through. And as I said in my nuclear explosion post I'd still like the order if you can deliver today or refund if you can't.

You won't lose when you say you didn't make the order. Had to use that one a few times with a few assholes.

Just to update: Glad to say I received the last part of my order today so she did come through in the end. If you've got something pending hopefully you're next.
