Eh, not to be nitpicky but she said...

If she was sick, why not just say so and communicate that clearly to your customers?
I'm in the same boat myself. On July 9th I paid for a service from Jamman and I was told I get it in a few days. No response for a while and then get an email stating that she was swamped with orders and was sick. Ok, I accept that, But was told I'd get my order within a day or two from that time frame. She emails telling me I gave her a bad link and cannot continue further untill I provide her with a valid link. Ok she got the new link.
She then sends me a few days later what looks like a rough draft of my order which suppose to be a 2 in 1 content for a flog I am building. As of yet I still have not receive my full order. The rough draft looked good and I was excited to get the rest of my order but I have not recived it yet and have been emailing her everyday since and yet I haven't received a reply from her.
I am being as simpathetic and as patient as patient can be, but this is riduculous. Over 20 days since I ordered and I do not have anything to show for it.
I do want my order since I seen a rough draft of it, but I didn't pay for a draft, I paid for a full order. I would think if someone was professional enough to take your money they would be professional enough to complete your order. Talk about killing your faith in humanity.
Oh well, you live and learn. I'll wait another few days to see what comes up, but I'm not holding my breath on it.

Same here.
I opened up a dispute on paypal, and immediately it gave me:
"Your seller is currently unable to respond to this dispute. By escalating your dispute to a claim, you are asking PayPal to review the case and decide the outcome."
I escalated the claim...but from what I understand the sellers account has been restricted :/
Yea, if there was already a few previous disputes, the account probably got limited for "Our system found unusual activity associated with your PayPal and eBay accounts that present a potential high risk" , which typically means the person won't be able to change their contact info, close their account or receive funds (ie: they could only draft from their bank or charge their card on file in order to fund their account in the event of a refund)
The problem is, if that did happen, and there's no funds in the account, and jamman not responding, then even if you win the dispute , paypal won't send you any money if they can't draft it out of the seller's account. Any account negative over 120 days ends up getting locked and they can't do jack shit til they pay up their balance. Course not like she/he can't spend a dollar on a money order and mail it off in the event of refunding people for work.
This thread doesn't do you any favours jamman, least of all the parts where you get hostile towards clients that you've already kept waiting...
