I've been creating new campaigns, setting a low budget for a day until they get approved, and then adding a Javascript redirect on the landing page.

Google eventually will come back and review my page again, and suspend the ad for innacurate URL or something.

Is there a way to show Google staff the real page, and redirect everyone else?

You can but eventually you will probably get caught when they visit it from an unusual location or somehow see your true page because you just increased your budget a couple thousand a day and they got suspicious.

Of course if you do it right maybe you can last a few months or longer without anything happening but everyone who has this down correctly is pretty reluctant to share it.

How about just redirect for all IPs that visited your website within 48 hours of being slapped? Sure, you lose some potential people but if one can narrow down the time Google sees your ad, and actually goes through whatever red tape it needs to, to go into your account and affect you, you can potentially block them, no?

I know we'd had this discussion before, but if a network of people all shared IPs of visitors within a 24 hour range of slap-day, eventually you'd cover all the bases.
