I am looking for someone who offered this type of job, which is PSD to XHTML/CSS jobs. I was hired as a sales representative by my client and I will be granted commission if I will be able to find a client for him.

?Um, who is your 'client' and why should any of us hire him or her?

And why doesn't your 'client' just come straight here and advertise their service?

Why does the title say "HIRE ME" , but you're looking for clients for your client.
 
I am a sales representative, and that's my obligation as instructed, because I'll be granted commission by him if he's hired and paid. If you order him to come here, I have nothing, and I could be fired.

Not worth the time when there's plenty of people here offering their services up front. You fail as a middleman/manager.
