I'm getting frustrated that my ads and LPs are almost identical to other affiliates and it's not converting. I'm getting the clicks though, but the conversions don't happen. I'm also advertising on almost the same ad networks as others. I looked at some other LPs and its almost the same. What gives?

Maybe they're not converting because they're identical to other affiliates. People click through, think "Oh, I've seen this shit before" and leave.

You need to learn how to make converting LP's then. Study your competitors successful LP's and mimic them but do not directly copy.
There are key aspects to the different styles which you can only learn by testing repeatedly. For example a farticle needs to look professional, like it's a REAL online newspaper or tv station or whatever. Whereas a flog needs to look like a "normal" person wrote about their experience losing weight/whitening teeth/making $197 per hour for it to be believable.
Right now is a shitty time to get started with rebills anyways. Unless you are a master cloaker or have tons of money to spend nobody is gonna approve your ads where they will actually convert.
You're certainly doing some things differently. If you're on PPC, your keywords on a new campaign are probably far from optimized. Maybe you rewrote the copy from someone else's lander, but you suck at selling. This is a pretty good list of 50 ways to be persuasive (not mine)
