Trust me, I don't. At the end of the day, that was just my opinion... and still is. Never thought I was "protected" in the Affiliate Marketing forum either, but not everyone needs to see ignorant shit like, "Protect your scammed money!" from some idiot trying to be funny.

There's really just no benefit in making this even more public and indexed everywhere, I'd like to make money from rebills for as long as possible. That's all I'm trying to say. To each his own. :rasta:

Here's a way to see if you got splattered:

Go to your LP, hit Ctrl+F and search for "oprah" and "dr. oz"

If by chance either of those terms are found, or if your domain has "oprah" or "dr oz" in it: Good luck bros!

P.S. Don't forget to check your adcopy, banners, etc.

yeah, I read through the lawsuit, if you look at paragraphs 64 and 65 it mentions "Defendants Does and ABC Companies 1-500" which refers to a list of 500 sites of which they are "currently ignorant of the true names and capacities of the defendants sued herein.. and therefore sue these defendants by such fictitious names". Furthermore, they will "amend this Complaint to allege their true names and capacities when ascertained."

It only shows 20 or so sites of the 500 mentioned in the lawsuit, so I assume there are a lot more affiliates who could be charged, me possibly being one of them.

As far as I know I haven't seen the list, but would like to know what the list is so I can prepare if necessary.

If you're on their list, you would have already received a DMCA takedown notice.
 
All you need to do is lobby. The real scams have paid off all the right people.

And then they pay you pack when the economiez is bad.
 
I didn't see them listed either, just a reference to them as some sort of abc companies at the bottom of the defendants list.
