They go after CPX for actually creating and distributing the advertisements. Most networks have refused to create ads for me because they fear something like this could happen. This shouldn't prevent them from running the offers, just not building the creative on the behalf of the advertiser. They will also probably crack down on the use of celebrity and media logos.
CPX has been copying and stealing affiliate campaigns for months, running uncompliantly has hell, trying to do triple and quadruple upsells, and doing it on their own network, as well as others. They are getting what they deserve
