The online price bait and switch has happened to me three times with Enterprise. Needless to say, I don't use them anymore. One time they even disputed the printout I brought in.

The online price bait and switch has happened to me three times with Enterprise. Needless to say, I don't use them anymore. One time they even disputed the printout I brought in.
Ah. You know if you would have quizzed me on which car rental company might I believe to be the shadiest, I would have chosen Enterprise.
They don't have many good airport locations so I never rent from them but I have always had this feeling they were a bit cheesy when I did rent from them. Maybe it's because they seem to me like the automotive services version of ambulance chasers (catering not to travelers but to auto/body shops, etc).
