Hey all, after this whole Oprah and Dr Oz Acai situation I want to make sure that I'm following all the necessary guidelines when advertising. So I was wondering if anyone who is education in the subject could tell me if I'm doing everything correctly.

On my page I don't have any references to Dr Oz or Oprah or any references to them in my ads. I also don't have any testimonials, and the only outside reference I have is I quote a few snippets from Fox News, New York Times, and CNN. Then at the bottom I have a disclaimer stating i'm not affiliated with any of them, information on the free*, and also the fact that they rebill them.

Is there anything else I need to cover?

you should be safe from oprah and oz. you might also want to look at the FTC advertising guidelines. im assuming that you're a noob and you probably dont have much volume going and the possibility of you getting sued by them is almost zip. but its worth taking a look at to try to be as compliant as possible.

just cover yourself enough with a disclaimer and such...people like you and me don't quiet run that much traffic so they wont most likely go after us...they rather go after the product advertiser itself and the top affiliates to that product...and those people are probably making 100's of thousands a day off these products...
