The application is not available at the moment. We will let you know when we re-open for more users.

Upon the event that we expand to other networks, our current clients will get those add-on's at a reduced rate. We haven't decided on a price just yet but will keep this thread updated as we progress.

The product seems to have stopped working. None of the admin are responding to forum posts or emails and the product is still VERY flakey. For $500 I expected a lot more.
 
i just signed up today to post about this, i just purchased this last week for $500 and have yet to get this app running. No response from support or anyone.
 
Don't hold your breath to get it working. I've had this product since day one... yes, day one. I had a lot of trouble getting it to work. Support did help out at times and tried hard but never offered a refund when clearly it just didnt work on my computer.

The other issue with it is that you have to leave your comptuer on which is fine if you can stop your computer from automatically going to sleep which mine does.

I've had so much trouble that I ended up giving up. I wanted a refund but it was never offered to me.

I should have read the fine print.... Expensive lesson I'm afraid.
 
there was an issue where users were missing an important system file that would not allow them to run the bot. these users had a patch sent to them and are now running the application just fine.

i hope to see some positive feedback here from them soon. :)

1. The program works on multiple operating systems, and we work one on one with our clients, even paying our coder to do the same.

2. Stopping your computer from going to sleep? Use google to search that exact phrase, change your settings. We are here to support our program, we cant be IT guys for free.

3. You should download the new update. If your still having problems, we can have our coder teamview with you and fix the issue you have.

If you look at the forums, everyone's bugs were addressed and a new build was issued. We take pride in our tools and make sure that everyone who has our program can get it running. About 2% of our total sales had an issue, and all MAJOR issues have been addressed, with more upgrades and free additions in progress.
 
just wanted to update on my previous post.

finally got in touch with Erkan, very helpful in fixing the issues and now got the app working...

one good thing i got out of speaking with erkan is they are always working on updating this app to make it run even better. And they are currently working on a newer build that should be released within this month.

looking forward to that!
 
Mistik can I get that patch? For some reason mine just stopped working.... was working great. I actually would say I love it! :-) but then just stopped working and tells me I am missing a system file.
