After going through various threads in this forum, I've realized that my pay is little bit more as a newbie. So, I'm reducing it to $3/Hr. And, also I'm ready to give first few a free review.

REVIEW:
Well, I asked him to do some MANUAL social bookmarking for a website of mine. He completed 10 in an hour + a few minutes extra. The work was done but he managed to complete just 10 in an entire hour.

That's all I'll say. I'm not expressing my opinions, just posting facts. You can evaluate his performance yourself.

Maybe he's not that great as a data entry operator but for a $4/hour guy, it's quite a deal. If you have work for someone who knows some English without a boat load of grammatical errors, he's the guy. I wouldn't say his English is great, but decent enough to not know that he's Indian/Outsourced. ;-)
 
Well.. that's a good compliment. At least I could impress him some way or the other. Coming to the Social Bookmarkings, I've created a gmail account and then I visited every other forum, created an account there, got the account got activated and bookmarked 2 posts from his blog. As I'm new to this, it took time for me to do this. But I've now learnt the art and today, I've done 20 Social Bookmarkings in an hour.
