Fuck These Wire Fees

The people who bank at Chase that get free wire transfers - which bank accounts do you have? Commercial checking, business classic plus?

chase offers free incoming wires if you upgrade to platinum premier account by either having average of 75k$ in investments or balance with them or by paying 25$/month.

So if you have like 15 wires a month coming, you can just pay 25$ for the month any get as many incoming wires as you'd like at no more charges.

This isn't a business account is it? If so, that's eh...

Who did you speak to to get this setup? I have an RM who is a complete ditzy idiot as well so I would have to go through another channel.

All I did was hit up my RM, and she gets the job done. Im assuming you are making calls to mastercard or something? Because right now..Im using my business account, and i also have the business credit. And i can see everything in Online banking. Where I can either pay bills, or transfer funds and both ways works just great. And my RM added some settings to my account, if my mastercard ever goes over a certain amount, it would automatically transfer some money over so i dont hit the limit. In your case you just need a new RM buddy...my RM takes care of everything for me. Is not just about having a relationship manager right, is about building a relationship WITH your relationship manager. So they are willing to do more than they should. Like giving you fantastic rates on currency exchanges ;)

I'm in Canada, so I pay around $35 per wire. If I get on average 2 per week, that equals $560 per month. Simple math equals $6720 per year. So ya, I get a little bit pissy having to spend almost $7K a year in wire fees, no matter how much I make.
Lol, I like the way you say simple math and then get it all wrong :D

One love.

You're talking in all USD right? USD MC and your USD CUA? I just fucking called those idiots and they told me it's definitely not possible.

sometimes my am says their wire failed because some bank says zomg to much monies in one time! but they still have the pay the fee thats fucked up

I've had nothing but grief from HSBC :/ all sorts of bs from them lol. Trying barclays next

Yeah me too. Their internet banking is a pile of shit. They only show transactions on your current account which means if you want to see the stuff coming into your dollar account you have to call them. How fucking retarded is that?

Goto the branch and tell them that you want to link your credit card to your bank account. They will have you sign a piece of paper and it is done if I remember correctly. Done this like 3 years ago.

Check Bank of American advantage accounts. The minimum to keep in the account is much lower and you get free domestic wires.

So you were high when you took out your calculator and saw that 35 * 2 = 70... 70 * 4 = $560....
