Fed Up with Firefox...What Should I Switch To?

I've been a Firefox user for years but have finally gotten fed up with it. It's no longer the fast, streamlined browser it was. They've added some nice features over time, but it has also become a bloated, leaky, stalling, crashing piece of shit. I actually find myself starting IE more and more these days. I updated to 3.5.3 awhile back and it just kept crashing so I went back to 3.0, which goes unresponsive about every 30 mins if I happen to have a page open with any memory use at all. It just sucks.

So I ask you, what is a good alternative and why?

Before the browser lovefest begins...are you running the latest flash and java updates? All spyware prevention has been run? Just curious.

Did most of those with my install of v 3.5.5, and there was a noticable speed increase (mine ran smooth before).

Moving from FF means no more addons, which comes down to how much you rely on having your addons (I am reliant on many).

Chrome is pretty damn fast but I personally would never use a G app due to privacy concerns and again you lose FF addons.

I couldn't leave FF even when it does me wrong (and every once in a while after an upgrade, it does) I heart my add ons.
