I got my ad dissaproved because I wasn't allowed to reference google. Ok, cool, I understand that.. but nowhere did my ad mention google? It wasn't even RELATED to google or biz ops or any of that shit.

I got mine disapproved for having a POF reference in my subID! Hello!...the user doesn't even see this info!

benpof,
you guys have to get your system straight before having other ppl invest large sums of money, only to get a faulty, and veeery buggy system.

you guys make out fine, we are guinea pigs who pay for a crappy platform and we pay the price.

if this was an actual product, you'd have returns and ppl would want refunds.

look at the boards, lots of ppl are pissed.

We appreciate every bit of feedback so thank you for this. We're working with our affiliates to help build a system that best equips you with the tools to monetize our traffic. It is a Beta system so there will be bumps along the way and I apologize for any inconveniences.

Then you should lower your prices during these "bumpy" times.. you shouldn't be passing the costs of your errors on to us.

Honestly, dont use it if you dont like it. I personally use it a LOT and it works great for what I need it to do...

it's a bidding system, it's not like PoF sets the price. The market & all of us affiliates do that

+rep. We have a minimum $0.15 CPM bid, but if you can't afford that then you're in the wrong industry.

lmao, I was getting pretty pissed after 2 days of submitting and getting my ads disapproved for random reasons and not being able to contact anyone, so thanks for reaching out! :D

No problem! Feel free to email me if you have any questions.

Its going to get rejected if you have a picture of a hot girl and than say click here to message me, etc. I don't want people thinking ads are peoples profiles.

For bidding - why does the system always charge me what I bid instead of 1 cent higher than the next highest bidder? So if I bid 2$/CPM and the next higher bidder is 50 cents, I am still charged 2$ instead of 51 cents...WTF

I can totally appreciate this but I see ads on my POF account that directly violate this. Without pasting the ad, the girl was topless (holding arm over her breasts) and it said something along the lines of "I love big guys. Click here to contact me."

Is there a conformed set of guidelines for ad approval? This particular ad is exactly what you said isn't allowed so I'm just curious. No doubt some things slip through but it's hard to profit when we're playing by the rules and see others submitting ads that are blatantly against your posted policy terms.

Just trying to get a handle on what we can and can't submit. Thank you!

Without pasting the ad....

This is a total douchebag, crybaby move.

How hard do you think it is going to be for POF to find that ad and cancel it? Outing ads to other marketers is one thing but reporting them to the site owner is on a whole another level.

How about you edit your post so that you can retain some shred of credibility.
