Nevermind, I spoke to the guy who was running these ads and they were all canceled by POF before Christmas. He wasn't concerned because he was struggling to make them profitable anyway.

You didn't know that though so it was still a shitty thing to do.
 


All the top ads get getting volume get reviewed anyways mostly to make sure no one is scamming us.

Don't worry about CTR worry about conversions, Just because a demographic clicks a lot doesn't mean it will convert. The best ads in the system actually seem to be ones where the CTR is around average. High CTR ads seem to get paused for not converting after a few days.

Relax. I wasn't outing any ads and I didn't even use the actual verbiage in the ads. How else can I ask my question? And so what if POF cancels an ad that's against policy???

I wanted to get clarification on what kinds of ads are acceptable. I know this is the last place to get into some flame war but seriously, I asked my question without exposing the ad or pasting it.

People seem quick to jump on others here but this was a legit question.

Its pretty obvious that the ad got by the approvers. It happens.

has anybody heard of qulity issues on the backend on dating offers from there affiliate networks on certain offers? i am trying to figure out how the quality on POF is.

3 dating offers on 2 networks. All facebook traffic. My AMs said the advertiser couldn't get to convert it. I don't get it why the fuck do they allow social traffic then?

I was talking about POF specifically. One of my Facebook dating campaigns just came back as 'top notch' quality from the advertiser. Now if I only could get some decent traffic to it.
 
Mature dating is still converting well on the backend on PoF. If you need help finding the right offer that will stick long term for you there, PM me.

In my experiences True is the only offer I've seen perform poorly there in lead value.

Exactly. POF is easy to tame - you just need offers that convert.
 
I still run offers directly and go direct to the advertiser and only do rev share. The best static links on the site are over 200k a month in revenue. You just need the ad text right as well as the landers. Lower CTR will lead to higher conversions. High CTR is usually accidental or curious clicks. You can see over a 5 fold difference in conversion depending on the ad/lander for the same site. Also keep in mind a lot of the dating sites you are promoting also use the ad platform directly so you are competing with them...
