How about a seperate internet connection coming into the house/office from a different coms compnay?
Hook the new laptop up to that and dont use it for anything else?

You're not serious, are you? $20-60/month for a separate ISP line, or $5/month for a VPN?

Besides with a VPN, its possible to get your IP outside of your geography, not true of a physical internet line.

Not sure what relevance this holds.. but just jump on a (non gay) webmaster/webhosting forum and find colo proxies for the area you want and problem solved.

Hold plenty of relevance if the offers or account you're trying to use isn't available to your demographics. (or hell watch hulu from UK lol)
