No, he posted 1 ripoff report against CYP who started a blackhat credit report network that encouraged people to bait and lie to people on CL to get them to fill out credit reports for non-existant housing and jobs.

I know pwnage, and in fact he does(or at least, did at that time) employ similar tactics to generate blackhat earnings. So he was actually making it harder for his competitors to do the same thing.
