Since there is no content, traffic or revenue, and the PR will disappear when it's transferred to the new owner, the only things going for it are NAME and the DMOZ listing. And the DMOZ listing is tenuous at best.

So, what is the URL? Without that information, I'll buy it for $1. I can afford to lose a dollar to find out what the URL is.
