Nothing Can Be Explained
Alright I always used subids but have gotten tired of them. Anyways I have installed prosper on a domain with an SSL certificate and tried to plug it in EWA but it would give me a This Campaign requires a secure URL for pixel.. Anyways I emailed my account manager and he tried the link and said it didn't work :/.... Can it be because it's on a .info?

xxxxxxx is just to blur out my real domain name.

Here's how it looks like. It's the 1st one which is Global Tracking Pixel:
<img height="1" width="1" border="0" style="display: none;" src="https://xxxxxxx.info/tracking202/static/gpx.php?amount="/>

and here's the Global Post Back Url:

thanks WF :costumed-smiley-087

I do tech support elsewhere so I'm going to bitch a little. :) The AM telling you the link "doesn't work" isn't good enough. Did the AM elaborate on what they meant by that? Also you haven't said whether or not you yourself think your secure hosting is working or not; have you tried your https URL and does it load and all that good stuff? There is obviously a discrepency here as your URL is https://... but the system is rejecting it saying it isn't secure...

DarkN1ght: That could be, but wouldn't the AM mention that if he is sending them an image tag asking if it is correct?

When I went to it the 1st time I had to accept it. I bought a secure URL for $20 from namecheap. I checked the url that t202 gave me and my AM was right. It doesn't even load up but when I do my https://domain.info it works.

Should be under the :

Secured SSL https:// link (this https:// url will only work if your domain has an SSL installed)

Which is right under the regular pixel text box.

It does have an SSL installed on domain and on server but it still like asks to confirm when you 1st visit it. I used the second one under the 1st pair :/. :sadcrying4:

Also you have to setup your tracking for it to work ?amount=&subid=#S1#

And... Nothing is to supposed to show up??

The free SSL that comes with namecheap won't work. To have a true SSL cert that people wont get errors/warnings with will cost you, stop being cheap.

Not true. I have multiple domains with Prosper installed, using the free SSL cert from Namecheap.

This is not true, at least not for me. I've used namecheap's free SSL on prosper numerous times and not once has it given me an issue.

I am also using the free SSL from namecheap right now on my prosper install. It works just fine.

Are you running prosper on a vps, dedicated server or shared hosting?

If using a dedi or vps you'll need to install the SSL certificate on your server and if using shared hosting well i don't know i assume the certificate would be already installed by the host automitcally.

It's on a VPS. They installed it the same day I got SSL. Thanks though
