David Pascht and Click on It Media,
You seem to not get my voicemails, calls, emails, or texts anymore. You owe me $150k+ (as well as my 1099). I'm a very patient person and I've given you the benefit of the doubt for longer than I should have. Time is up. You admitted you owed me money in an email, and there is a history of payments, so going the legal route will definitely work out in my favor.

However, I wanted to give you one last chance for me to chalk this up as a mishap. There's no sense in going the legal route. If for some reason, you simply have been out of the loop, we can just settle it and move on. Plus, affiliates won't be leery of using your network. I WANT to call this a mishap and move on.

If not, I suggest you respond anyways because this is just Step 1. I don't get taking get ripped off even close to lightly.

Dayum, never heard of them... Post some more info if you get a chance, like how they ended up owing you so much money. Well, their site is pretty, lol.

Sucks man, I hope you get your $.

To note: I had a direct deal with him, he just happens to own this network. He had paid me upfront, and paid me plenty of times before, and other reasons I wont discuss yet, that he seemed fine.

People have only taken hundreds ~~ low thousands from me before. Man, if someone took over 20k he'd get treated so hard it'd take him 5+ years to recover :/ I'm always surprised how people from the US take these things relatively lightly.....

Then again, I believe assault/battery/vandalism charges are much much higher over there..

Cmon post some more dirt/info so we can emotionally buy-in against a network and person we've never heard of before!

No, but when someone pays you xxx,xxx multiple times, and you're earning profits, not like some rebill guy that ran out of money, it makes sense that they would keep paying you.

I won't divulge more details until I know for sure he won't respond...

In short we had a sort of "strategic" partnership using certain deals he had and certain systems I had and it was going great, then he just kept putting me off, and stopped answering calls and texts, and not paying with no specific reason why. He's owed me since Sept 1. In November, he basically said he'd pay me, but had been busy out of the country, etc, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Then, he stopped responding again.

Dave, he, (you, if you're reading) seemed cool, and hopefully still is (are) cool, so, once again I'd prefer to have this handled the easy way...

$150K???
Go the legal route now, it's the only way to get back a part of your money.

sorry bby - but..

COIM - just started in business, according to their own press release, in late July/Aug of 2009.. Pascht/COIM has OWED you since September 1..

You say he paid you $xxx, xxx multiple times.

Something isn't adding up, please fill in the gaps.. This looks like a <6 month old network, with a purple pimp mascot..

lol

Once again, I had a direct deal with him, meaning not as an affiliate, he just happens to own Click on it Media.

He has other companies that have been around longer that I won't divulge yet for his sake.

Also, a press release is just a press release. You can have a "grand opening" like the press release says, whenever you want. And even if it is so, are you saying you can't earn money between July and Sep???

I think he said he has done direct deals with the guy who just also happens to own that network.

bby - pardon me.. okay..

an old phone number of his goes to a guy who says he's getting A LOT of wrong number calls for this guy, and they're usually bill collectors..

Maybe he's not ballin' so much these days, and can't pay you?

My expertise tells me you ought to sue his ass asap and get in front of the line of
creditors that is about to line up..

good luck!

Yeah, don't worry, the legal team is just waiting on the word...but I'm a professional fair guy, and want to publicly give him a chance.

if i were him and you posted this shit on a public forum i'd be damned sure not to pay you. i'd MAKE you sue me to get any money and i'd counter-sue you for defamation of character and a whole lot of other big legal words...

just saying, especially since YOU seem to want to not take the legal route for some odd reason... something doesn't add up that's for sure.
