UPDATE: I've settled with David, and been paid, avoided a lawsuit to all you who questioned why I didn't just sue him. The dude has had some serious personal stuff going on, and although he should have just kept me in the loop, he did deliver and made payment and explained what was up. He's not a shadester and it was just a big mishap.
This is partially why I didn't want to sue, because we had a good business relationship before this, and I'm glad I didn't because he's had some serious shit stir in his life.

However, when my post gets edited before I could even pull screenshots, thats not cool, and you should pass that on to Nicky. This place used to be all about the serious marketers on here, not these fake affiliate talketers and gurus wasting people's time and money...now your boy nickyfakes, who is not a real affiliate marketer, just a "reporter," is in here running stuff and editing posts?? If you want the big pubs/real affiliates on here again contributing, you need to clean house. Also, if this guy had been a straight scammer, people should know. I have made some contributing posts, even a few weeks ago about tracking, not many, sure, I haven't. But 90% of posts on here are witty sarcastic trying to be cool wastes of people time, so I don't think that should carry so much weight. Plus, I contribute to your pocketbook as a 360 pub, so its worth your time to hear me out before having your mod edit my post.
