a relative had suspected this of his spouse, so what I did was ordered a GPS tracking unit offline that discreetly went into the vehicle. You need to ground it and hook it up to the battery, but once its in there, it works like a charm.
You tell the bitch you are taking the car to get an oil change, washed, waxed, etc, then you install.
Only downside is - the cheaper models are not "live" tracking, you need to extract the device and link via USB in order to download coordinates. but it does work very well!! I believe they do make instant tracking models, but the price is like a 65%+ increase.

if she doesnt trust her husband then she shouldnt be with him anyway. she either needs to talk to him directly about it, go get some therapy, or just leave him, cheating or not.

If he won't look at her in the eye, and acts generally evasive, he's hiding something. Guys who are boning somebody else are struggling with guilt. Being defensive and argumentative is another clear sign he feels guilty about his behavior.
If he's lost interest in sex with his wife, he may be getting plenty elsewhere so less interested. Surprising his wife with a new sexual technique is also a sign of cheating. He learned this new skill from somebody else.
Mysterious phone calls that begin with no voice, and end with the caller hanging up is a clear indication that the girlfriend has been trying to reach him.
