I've built this nice script PHP / MySQL I don't know there are other youtube uploaders out there but there's always place for improvements in any tool.
Now let me explain to you in a few words:

ZigZag Uploader v1.01 is an easy way to increase your traffic and your bookmarkers by uploading videos on Youtube in a fast way.

Features:
- Mass Download movies from Youtube.
- Mass Upload movies to Youtube.
- Proxy upload option.
- Quick Download / Upload movie.
(You just copy and paste any youtube url.)
- Usage and Statistics.
- To Do option.
- Scrap Feature (When you download a movie you will also get the title, description, category, and the flv url, all the fields can be edited.)
- Add watermark to movie. (Add watermark to your movies with FFMPEG )
- Upload Statistics.

Server Requirements:
- Apache, Linux, Windows Web Server
- PHP 5
- MySQL 4.1.x+
- cURL
- Zend Optimizer 3.0.0 or later.
- FFmpeg. (optional for watermarking movies)
- Youtube API Key.
