I'm pretty sure he's targeting friends of fans of his pages. Chances are, if you are connected to Shoemoney or another person who likes one of Yu's FB pages, you are seeing his ads.
Look at it this way - when the new Xrumer beta comes out, use it to go steal all his fans and friends and add them to your own FB page - bam, instant targets for any venture.
He's actually doing a favor for you so what is taking him weeks to accumulate, you can do in a few minutes.
I didn't know you could force people to friend your page. Unless you mean target fans of his page.
Most everyone you add as a friend will accept, even if they don't actually know you. They'll think "Oh, I sort of remember him."

1. How am I going to hate on someone who clearly is already hated by everyone? I'd rather hate on people that have it all like superstar, super model public figures or people who didn't have to work for their money while I busted my ass just years to build a business.
2. I don't even have a $20 in my wallet. Plastic is a fine thing to have my friend.
I don't keep cash in my wallet so that when someone asks for money, I can say I don't have cash on me and not be lying.
Not really for the reason of not being generous, but I found that people tend to mug you more if you keep cash on you and the person who asked was just checking how much you had in your wallet and they get you down the street.

Seriously, I'm expecting someone to come forward and say they recently severed a relationship with him. He is always on the make and I can't believe he hasn't been working it these past few months. Go to the right SEM events and you can find a steady stream of new blood willing to throw wads of cash at media buys if you can convince them you are an expert like Yu. Best market strategist EVAR! Can't wait for the ebook.
