damn it everytime i see one of these threads i go watch shopping and usually result in nothing i like. 
I love watches but I have an unique style i prefer (unique standout designs, leather only, and more retro less hipster) and my current watch has seen better days.
Any of you watch gurus know if they make a mens version of this ladies watch?
I think the band is fuckin pimp and unique but hate the actual watch, not just cus its small and made for chicks with dicks.
I like kind of this watch face style and think it would work on that.
What do you think? Any idears?

I just don't understand the whole watch scene (like soccer). It makes no fucking sense yet motherfuckers go crazy over it.
^in the gist. I feel naked without one. It's like people who wear hats, not necessary but they like it.
I also really like the band on this one, but once again a god damn ladies watch. They just assume us guys like our watches like our fuckin car rims.

Yeah, it could be worst. It's better than running around telling people that you're 'officially drunk'.. could be worst.. nothing wrong with keeping track of time, IMO.
Had it since i was in high school. I needed a new watch and decided I'd get one that didn't need a replacement battery - so I went with solar. It also checks the correct time twice a day and keeps better time than my iPhone (who'd a thunk).

I don't know man. I spent a fair amount of $$ on an Armani watch at a dept. store for my wife. Looked at the little fine print on the fancy box, said MADE IN CHINA. I said to myself WTF?
LoL, kinda like my watch, which while the watch itself was made in Japan where the company exists, where as on the band itself you'll see "Citizen Stainless Steel - Band China". With an Armani I would hope It'd say something like Made in Italy, but Clothing is their first priority, the rest may as well be made in the same factory as Tommy Hilfiger (ie: more branding than quality).

Not as much as when full time in corporate America, now about once or twice a week. Never wore a watch then either. I don't have any problem with other people wearing jewlry it's just not for me. I believe I can honestly say I never lost a deal because of what was on my wrist or not. If it makes you feel good about yourself wear whatever you want. Sort of sad though if you accessorize yourself to please other people imo.

agree. i feel naked without a watch too. Fossil's look good- but thats all they can offer. I'd never wear a fossil with bling on it because it screams fake diamonds, lol. (in fact, i dont think any white guy should wear a watch with anything too shiny on it).
Yes jewelry is usually marked up x 3 or x 4... then they will work with you on the price to make you feel like you got a deal.. Same as other biz I guess they are not in it to break even...
I am burned out on jewelry, I did buy some white gold jewelry from my bro in law years back when gold was cheaper, bought a necklace that retailed for $4k for $800 his price back then,, I should check to see how much that bitch is worth now? I dont wear any jewelry anymore seems to be out of fashion these days, expect for watches.. UNLESS YOUR a GANGSTA.. lol

Don't wear watches either but, bought one thinking I would some day but, haven't.
was looking at picking that up in this color. Not really a "business" or "status" style watch. I just think it looks badass.
I like the special edition with the gold hands but it only comes with that stupid Gum Ball 3000 thing written in it.
