Feds shut down 9 websites for piracy



Damn was a fan of tvshack. When will more Networks/Studios go the way of Hulu and allow us to watch shit online?

They'll go the same way as music if they don't start rapidly innovating.

This. They don't realize that they're trying to sell us an inferior product. I like to download shit because it's convenient and it's presented in a better format (no ads).

They need to switch to a format like steam, xbox arcade games, and the psn.

I don't mind shelling out a few bucks for a high quality game/movie that I maintain ownership over even if a class five tornado obliterates all my belongings. But $50 for a 1 hit point season of True Blood? Forget it!

LOL, I use Ninjavideo all the time, but I fucking hate the attitude of those people. Small price to pay to be able to watch shows within a few minutes of them being broadcast, but still... glad to see them gone. There are plenty of other options out there.

I agree with you Joevis, there will be no stopping this just through shutting these sites down. The media conglomerates are going to have to innovate.
 
I have 3 TV Torrents invitations with 5gb of download credit each for anybody that wants one.

Only take an invitation if you plan to use it. I hate wasting invitations/credits on people that never log in again after creating an account.
