This is dumb. If not a scam just use something like earthclassmail dot com. They will do all the same shit for about $20-30 a month.

Many businesses such as most affiliate networks actually ban commercial mail addresses. Such commercial addresses may not be acceptable in some cases.

Have you tried Online Internet Marketing & Search Engine Optimization Forum ? You been at it too long in this thread to actually produce some reasonable return on your time, and the folks over there will do just about anything, sadly not as high a % of them over there are americans.
