We agree there - I don't think someone that has sex with a 15 year old is a pedophile, even though it is illegal. However, there is a world of difference between a 15 year old and a nine year old - in any society, at any time in history.

No - it's really not. The whole point of their argument is that people's religious beliefs should be respected, but I'm saying that since their leader was an acknowledged pedophile and all of that religions adherents seek to be like him, that we should not have to respect their beliefs. Did you support Koresh and his ideals? I see Islam as the other side of that same coin.

It is a red herring when we talk bout a first amendment right being protested (while using their 1st amendment rights hehe). So you don't respect/like/whatever islam... they still have the same rights as you do as an american citizen, and still have to obey the same laws as such. Just a tad silly to be judging yesterday's leaders by over hundreds of years by today's standards, or to simply think that because he was pedo every muslim aspires to be too, kinda like saying we all must be metrosexual carpenters to aspire to be Jesus :P
