4-7 Day Turn Around + HOTH Report (5 HOTH)

Yet, I have received 1 HOTH report to my email?
 
Also - much like the other guy. About 30% of my social bookmarks are missing/deleted, and I checked 15 or so "web 2.0 profiles" and 6 or 7 were missing/messed up (showing html code, rather than links)/or were sitting behind login screens.

I told my production team about this.
You will receive additional SBMs in your email in the next 24 hours.

As for profile links, we create 60-70 profiles with ~3 links in each,
so even with the acceptance rates you described, we're delivering > 100.

If you have any issues with your order,
please email them so we can correct them.
It's much more effective than posting here and waiting for me to check.

On this thread, I do my best to address general question,
but individual customer inquiries are much more effectively handled by email.

As for 4-7 business days, this was the original timeline when we did Guerilla & Eli's reviews.
Back then, we had no problem completing theirs + our existing clients' HOTHs in that time frame.
With the sheer volume of orders we've been receiving this has changed.
We are currently turning around individual HOTHs in 1-6 business days while we work on increasing the speed of our system.

In the mean time, we hope you enjoy our awesome introductory prices.

Thank you for understanding as we grow this part of our business and develop it to fully meet your needs.

Unfortunately, my partner, Dax, who has been working his ass off to get you your HOTHs on time has gotten really sick. Without him running the back end, production is going to slow down for ~24-48 hours.

I will work a double shift in production and customer service, so sales (aka. new orders) are going to have to take a back seat for a day or 2 .

Unfortunatel,y this is the weakness of a human run service, and we are well aware of it.
This is why we're actively recruiting more people so that our system is more stable, even under high volumes.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience and immensely grateful for your support thus far.

Please rest assured, we are not taking your money and blowing it on coke & strippers as fast as we can.
On the contrary, we're working 15 hour days to serve you and to improve our system to better handle the response we've gotten.
