If you receive an invite to an event spamming a bizopp link, DO NOT click it, even to check out the landing page- it will take over your account and spam all of your friends.

A lot of affiliates falling for this right now...

Just out of curiousity..any technical guys want to take a guess at how this exploit works?

I don't know how much worse of things those people were doing.. but way to risky in my opinion. Yes, lawsuites are just the cost of doing business but unless these dude's made about a billion dollars, they're fucked for life and I wouldn't want to follow in there footsteps. lol

It looks like he definitely made some bank of his facebook spamming but he's also on the run so probably paranoid 24/7. Not worth it.
 
It's linking to a free iPad zip submit on DankCash... they better stop getting high on their dank cash and deal with this.
 
I think they are exploiting the open graph, i got the message went to the lander for the bus opp offer then my friends got spammed and my wall got posts for an email submit and i was auto liked in to a group that was an ad for singlesnet. Way to make FB want to work with the CPA space. I would expect mass account terminations and retaliation from Zuck in the next week or so.

Dude, seriously. I just got like 10 messages from people I've barely ever spoken to.

Also, like krongel was sayin. I clicked an update from one of my friends but Avast kicked in before I could reach the destination url? So how'd I get hit?

btw, their aff links got cut like 15 min ago, lol.
 
what a bunch of fucking dumbasses. the creatives, pre-sell, and event titles they are using BLOW big time.

all that effort into such an epic script to spread it, too bad they didn't read ca$hvertising.

The spam from my account was from an application called 'Media' on Facebook. A friend whose account also got compromised pointed that out. I deleted two apps on Facebook called Media. I think it's from an old app that was renamed/maybe sold. I wish Facebook had version history of when apps get renamed/installed listed. The home income link pointed to trackoptimize.com, I looked up the whois on that, then googled the name to find JarMedia. Affiliate id 138523

Later this morning, I will be making an important appearance at the Montreal Palais de Justice (courthouse) for my Facebook matters. As most of you already know, Facebook served me, for the second time, just this past November 2009 as they are trying to enforce their 873 million U.S dollar judgement against me, here in Quebec, Canada. I will not bore you with any details, I am sure the media will take care of that for you all, but if you care to watch the preceedings, feel free to show up.

Here is a video of my 873 Million Dollar Man Award that I filmed last night on it's spinning base with nice lighting that shoots through it. It has my face inside the heavy glass award, in full 3D and of course you can see the writing at the bottom if it, quite a nice piece of history indeed, I am sure you all agree
