Lock/restart computer at certain time?

What can I use to do that? Need to stop myself staying up so late doing unproductive shit and ruining my sleep routine. Tried searching Google and found shit only.

Under Accessories>System Tools there is a Task Scheduler that allows you to shutdown at a given time.
