UserGator, if you're going to accuse somebody of scamming you, you may want to consider posting some background/history as to how he scammed you as well as whatever evidence you have. It's tough for people to believe you when you are a new user with this being your first post.
I did notice the following logo on your portfolio Phasm.
Which is basically the same as the one you already posted for BidApe in this thread.
Obviously, there could be reasons for this, but I just wanted to throw that out there.

The BidApe logo was an earlier version of the EuroLinkUp one - I can find out who it was I made it for but they requested I change the name.
UserGator is somebody that scammed me I did a layout for his web hosting website and I posted my story and his actions on a few forums of his poor actions which has caused a slump in his business.
Because of me pointing out his wrong doing he is trying to hurt me by lying to my clients, I assure you I never resell or reuse logos. I'm an honest working person and I appreciate and respect all of the clients I've worked with on WickedFire.
Don't worry guys - Your logos will not be resold/reused, I have more respect for myself and you than that - this is just a scumbag tactic Josh Mangel is trying to use to hurt my business because he got caught scamming me and is suffering because of it.

Well actually that wasn't me, but while researching your company I came across this post and I find it quite interesting that when you have another unsatisfied customer you blame me. You feel that an unsatisfied customer doesn't have the right to post his/her unsatisfaction to the whole world, but then again you have the right to slander a customers company? I recommend before using Thomas you understand the harassment he put ME though:
After completing my transaction with him, I displayed a graphic demo on my websites home page saying "Coming Soon". At that time, a client saw the designs and contacted me requesting the designers contact information. I felt he was a great designer so I decided to provide him with Thomas's contact information. Thomas and him communicated and from my understanding the client wanted my exact design. The client made Thomas an offer of $300 for the design. I had paid Thomas $80 for the design, so that was a rather large offer in comparison to what I had payed. Thomas was honest and came to me and said the client was willing to pay $300 dollars for the design.

Thomas tried to persuade me to believe, even though I paid, he was the legal owner and he was just "leasing the design to me". At that point in time, Thomas refunded my Paypal money without my consent. Here are screen shots of the paypal refund:

He did this in an attempt to "legally" sell my artwork to the other party. After a couple of days, his sale never went through. At that point he contacted me, feeling that I owed him $80, since his other sale didn't go through. He was convinced it was a set up, although it wasn't, and confronted me in a rude manner. That is when his "fake conversation" was created in an attempt to get me to pay him. Here is the real conversation between us:

“darkmatter” signed off at 6:28:37 PM.
At that point I blocked his screen name to avoid further harassment. About 24 hours later Thomas publicly displayed my personal information and fake AIM conversations on the WebHostingTalk forum. After posting my information publicly he and his friends harassed me via phone and AIM. I have recorded some of the messages they left on my family phone line:

The first call was traced back to an I711 operator. I contacted I711 and reported harassment. I711 was very helpful in this situation and provided me with the proper information to identify the phone harasser. The IP matched the IP in the email header from the original emails that Thomas had sent me. The second message was from the "so called" mature Thomas Lambert saying "penis". The third message is Thomas's friend/associate repeatedly saying the phrase "Fuck You".
With that, I had multiple harassing IMs from people who claimed to know where I lived, told me my address, and said they were on their way over to "bash my face in". This is Thomas's mature way to handle situations, harass his customers. Whether this was Thomas himself on multiple screen names or his friends/associates, the harassment was instructed by Thomas.
I have learned from dealing with Thomas he gets enjoyment out of a negative response from people, so I will not continue to communicate or respond to his none sense, but I did feel after being publicly slandered I should make a truthful response that included all the facts. I will not make recommendations not to use him because my intent in this response is not to slander his business but to give a valid response to his untruthful post. Truthfully, Thomas has a lot of capability as a designer but NOT a business man which is understandable, considering he is just a freshman in college.

I was just about to delete/modify the AngryGator CAPSLOCK POST and just as I'm about to click it, I get greeted by this...
So no posts get modified and they'll stay as a warning since I'm sure nobody likes a "fuck you" phone call at 5:14 AM (i lol'd, though
)
Anyway, the lesson here is perfectly summarized in a fine post I found on ricklatona.com:

Josh can you please provide screenshots from that conversation? Anybody can do what you did and just write whatever they please after my screen name to make me look bad. I would like the 'unsatisfied' member to step forward with the work done and prove it isn't you. (kind of funny they have a new account and never mentioned it prior to you scamming me.)
