While I got a different cpc (around $.30) then the OP said it was, I can still see this niche being excellent for localized businesses to bid on. Once my big projects are completed, I plan on buying 10-20 of these to diversify the niches I'm in. I'd even pay more if I could give him a general niche to choose from.

Please note, it's been brought to my attention that serpIQ uses SEMRush to pull CPC data, therefor there may be some small discrepancies if you're using it to check data.

Just got my order, delivered as promised. 1900 Local at $1.27 - .com was avail. Quick TAT. SerpIQ was a little higher then I was expecting, 52, but I can't complain. Will be ordering more if all works out.
