10 Micro Niche MFA Sites

I'm trying to focus on my 3 main sites so I'm selling 10 micro niche sites I bought back in April. I haven't done hardly any SEO to these sites, however one is sitting at #6 and is #1 on image results. These sites cost $400 to get setup so I'm trying to get at least $300 for them.
