I am doing this service more than 4 months. I check all blog using seo quake and do-follow checker plugins in Mozilla.

blogs are general, music, health, entertainment etc

I got my review back and checked the list shortly. Most of the links aren't either not visible yet or simply got deleted. Its good to see that the pages where the links are really are high PR. On the other side those blogs are heavily spammed by guys which makes the PR almost useless.

A tip for the OT: Scrape some new sources yourself and come back again. If you use your list again and again it gets far to quick pretty useless for your customers, just a tip

If it's overly spammed, i would want my money back. I wouldn't want my site associated with spammed blog comments. I can do that myself.

Sadly to say, I won't be ordering these services again.

Comments were on blogs that had a ton of comments. The PR was correct, but I don't know how much help this will give me as it has already been overly spammed.

If it wasn't 8 dollars, I would ask for a refund. I do not recommend this package to anyone. I don't even see my comments.

just search with your anchor text you will see you comments there. Also High PR does not effect OBL.
