Received 110 social bookmarks of one URL using 2 anchors. Received some interesting bookmarks - a Facebook share, Slashdot, Digg, a Google bookmark, LinkedIn, Delicious, Reddit, and Stumbleupon by request. Some of these are great, but some aren't so great. I prefer my links not to be submitted to Digg in case I ever want to put together a Digg voting campaign for the URL. Now it is already submitted and too late. Newsvine bookmarks nearly always get deleted. Slashdot is a tech site, and my link is health supplements (not acai), so the bookmark was immediately flagged as SPAM. The rest of the less popular bookmarking sites are all pretty standard - link with anchor text, no chance of getting deleted.

Speed: 10 out of 10
Communication: 10 out of 10
Quality: 9 out of 10 - these sites are all high quality, but the inclusion of Digg is annoying, and submitting a health site to Slashdot and Reddit is idiotic, Newsvine always wipes out anything spammy. However, there are other great high quality bookmarks like Facebook, Twitter, StumbleUpon that cause me to bump my original score of 8 out of 10 up to 9 out of 10.
Price: 8 out of 10 - $8 isn't horrendous but it's more than the $4-$6 that you'll pay for other WF BST bookmarking services. The higher quality bookmarks make it almost worthwhile.

Overall Rating: 9 out of 10 - I recommend this service.

A couple changes to your strategy would make this service more valuable - for example avoiding Digg and targeting certain high profile bookmarking sites for different niches - Slashdot and Reddit for tech, FitMarker for health, etc...

Got my report back of 110 Bookmarks. Like stated above got a weird mix here. The facebook link goes to like a profile page but no link there. Others were a mix of High PR and plig sites. Some were the history page while others were the actual mix.

For links I can see the mix beign good as its not your everyday bag of bookmarks. That said the price I belive would need to comedown just a bit UNLESS you added like a Scrapebox blast OR some sort of RSS feed + ping type of deal. Overall though I would say it is nice to see this mix just add something else for the price.
