100th Post - Trying to share some ideas - Long!

Amazing post, this should be in the enlightened section.

Also do you use any project management to collaborate between the VA's and the writers, so that everything is on one page, very keen on your answer.

Thank you for the good words.

I have a custom backend I had developed for this kind of work.

If you don't have one.. https://trello.com/ works wonders.

Check https://trello.com/tour for more details.

Good luck.

Grateful for this - but just found out that to have a local German VA I have to pay their health insurance too ...

But I'm focusing on the positive that the day this is possible will come very soon.

I like the local VA idea, by the way, because I usually end up having to redo what the ones far away do for me, except for graphic design, which I've gratefully found some good ones.

Virtual Assistants

Really use article my friend, I have been thinking about how to go about this whole process of hiring and managing virtual assistants for a number of business ventures. I found separating the work of VAs from writers a useful concept as well. Thanks

Still really grateful for this thread. Been implementing.

However, something is really terrifying me at the moment and I wonder what you might say about it:

An assistant working on my sales funnel wants my PayPal credentials to set up a funnel connected to a members area I've had built.

I can't quite see why she needs to go in there and she's not explaining it well with phrases like 'It could have been setup incorrectly, the IPN setting could be wrong, and so, and on, and on.'

Any BlogHue words of wisdom on this? Give up PayPal credentials to outsourced help: yay or nay?
