$125 YSM Credit

I signed up for this yesterday, they conveniently charged my CC $30 right away but applied no credit...

so I wrote an email to support within the hour and I got my credit today ... if I didn't complain I would have never gotten it since he said there was no promo code applied when I signed up .. :S
 


This came in the mail today:

"Thank you for contacting us and we apologize for the delay. We have verified that the promotional code did not process due to system issue; we regret any inconvenience this caused. It has been resubmitted with a request to expedite and should process within the next 24 hours.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any further assistance."
