Current Blog Posts OBL (excluding to authority sites like Wikipedia): 14

* Niche. Site fits very well under 2 niches: Business and Education. But I will accept most niches besides adult, gambling and pharma.

* I see myself as a provider of PREMIUM Placement. So I don't provide content. It would be very easy for me hookup some shitty content for next to nothing and just throw it in (and some providers do exactly that). But that wouldn't help anyone. Shitty content would spoil the value of your Premium Placement. It would also hurt the value of the whole property. So bring your own content and please don't cheap out on it. If it's too shitty, I will even reject the post and refund your money. This is a premium placement and premium placements like good content.

* 2 different anchored links allowed to your site per one blog post. Extra links to authority sites, e.g. Wikipedia are OK.

Very interested, would like to know more about the site, 'business' is very generic. Would a Finance article (e.g. money saving) fit here?

If you had to pick just one it would be general business. But it's actually more like Wikipedia. I put every post into a Category. If there's no fitting Category, I create a new category just for your post. That allows me to "contextualize" almost any topic so it's not out of place.

Here's a sample of Categories I have now:

Technology
Automotive
Business
Education
Insurance
Legal
Personal Finance

I realized that I'm selling this way too cheap. Prices will double on 08/25 (not a marketing trick, they will really double).

Confirmed! Post was up in under 48 hours. Quality of the blog is very good and see my post on the homepage. The category that the post is placed on as well is a PR5 which is very good.

Thanks and will update back with SERP movements and 2nd order within a week.
 
As previously announced the prices have now doubled:
