Got a PM to state that my order was completed. I didn't have +1 on the site, so the OP agreed to do it from the SERP. I checked on G Webmaster Tools and indeed:

Ordered 50 +1s
Got 49 +1s
Total number of unique users 49

Overall, the provider delivered what I ordered short of 1+.

Suggestion:
Would be nice if the provider can offer to drip a service over a certain period as it looks natural to receive 49 +1 in 1-2 days from 0 and nothing for a while.
