Sounds like you blew it not selling. 5x your yearly revenue for a site is pretty damn good. Especially if your domain and niche isn't all that great like everyone who got your url said.

Of course I'm missing all kinds of context here, like what the niche is, etc. but 15k visitors and $100 a day tells me you're probably pretty good at SEO and spotting opportunities, but could use some work on taking advantage of it.
I'd sell it, since most websites in that range sell for a much lower multiple of earnings than what you quoted them. Take the money and invest it into a few new projects....
or, find someone who is great at taking advantage of opportunities and take them on as a partner, or hire someone who is, so you're not losing equity. Lots of alternatives but I'd say dump it while you still have a chance.

Without getting into too much detail....it's not "really" 5x profits since the interested party is the merchant of the affiliate program he's pushing. He was making 50%, so in actuality it's more like 2.5x revenue (since they wouldn't have to pay out commissions anymore). It's a digital product as well, so it's not like there are a bunch of COGS / logistical costs associated with it either.

From reading the posts this is a digital product... Digital products are piss easy to replicate. Make your own version of the product and promote it on your website.
That alone will give you 5x the revenue (based on 20% of sale as you said). Of course with that you've got extra costs, refunds etc.
Being an affiliate is great, but becoming your own merchant can be much more profitable.

If you don't need the money and don't want to sell, don't sell. Period.

I'm a newbie, but shit if I had 15k people a day, I'd be damn sure to be converting sales, and to think you have the knowledge to create that kind of traffic flow, I'd kill to know the web-master tricks you must know. Howver, even though I am new to online marketing, it doesn't take rocket science to compute the potential of nearly 5.5 million visits per year, hell at a 1% conversion rate selling any product with even a $1 profit = $54,750 per year!!

I think it's funny that 99% of the people that have PMed that I show my website to don't respond back. I give them a intro and brief history of the site and it seems they are at a loss. They either respond with, "you're doing a great job" or "tough niche, don't listen to anybody on this forum, all idiots"

Congrats on asking people that sit around and read forums all day for advice.
While some of the people that participate on WickedFire make a great deal of cash, the vast majority of people on here make far less than the $200k you should have sold your site for, and likely only wanted to see the site to copy it.

What you say can be true very. I know friend who use to go to forum and make post say have half million dollar budget for buy website and want buy sites that make ten or hundred thousand month.

Oh I do realize that my friend. My website isn't a quick copy at all. Knowing that I knew I could count on peoples laziness to move on there merry way and find something else. The website has hundreds of thousands of quality backlinks (non bought), over 100,000 words of quality copy and is a PR 6 after 9 months. If the people I showed the site to want to try and compete with me, have fun.
God knows I never sent a pm....I just did some simple math in my cabesa and figured out the #'s didnt add up. Update us in 6 months to a year from now with the great success story on how glad you are that you didnt take 100k/200k and how great the $100/day is doing then... Seriously...a digital product site, relying on one advertiser and organics...
