Is there a good example of a landing site? I'm not looking for the real thing, just and example kind of thing.

There is one thing you have to know about PPC, and that is to never give up and make sure you have your reserch!
Most people have a love/hate thing going on with PPC. For the most part it's love. You are even an affilite manager, so that shold give you an edge in this whole markething scene.
Keep up the wonderful work. Now you can get out there and test more things with your larger budget. I am in nede of a much beeded budget boost for my CPA marketing.
I shall also be contact you about the offer you have in your signature. I don't mind sending some Candian traffic. =]

Yea, one advantage that I suppose I do have is that I *know* which offers are doing well and how they're performing. But, at the same time, that's certainly something that I'd tell any affiliate who asked.

I don't think there is a good example as Google don't seem to be constant in how they apply their QS.
I have been testing it for over a year now and have sites with great content that get penalized and others with virtually no content that do not get penalized.
See this one, it isn't mine but it is an example of a site that buys traffic from adwords to feed it back into adwords, they are paying very little for their keywords, so little that I banned their ads from appearing on my site, there are thousands of similar sites all over the net:

I had some success with PPC back in the day (two years ago, ancient history in internet terms) but I find that it now requires too much attention for me to succeed at it.

Large pubs won't laugh at you. If they do, they are shit. No one laughs at anyone else or acts holier than thou unless the person posting about their success is outright lying/bragging to the point where they think they are the greatest thing since internet porn.
Glad to hear your shit is finally flying well. I'm not really sure what I did to help, but shit, I'll take kudos from WF members who have been around for a while anyday.
What I also like about your post is that you don't only thank me, which is why so many people think I have a God complex or snooty tone. From now on I want all of you kids to follow Cam's lead. Thank OTHER people and the forum/community as a whole. I'm just one fucking guy, and I don't even do all that much here anymore like I used to, so I refuse to accept the compliments unless I know I had a part in someone's success. There are way better advice givers here than me, especially nowadays. Thank them for it, they definitely are far more deserving of it.

Remember when I was asking you for help re: canadafreestuff.org? You basically laid out a sparsely worded roadmap. It was something to the effect of "you're doing this wrong, change this". So I did exactly that for a different site/LP and it did well.
The trick was targeting the keywords/adgroups based on the LP's I had setup. IE- instead of sending free stuff traffic to an offer about a free watch, I started sending free jewlery/clothing traffic to tha same offer. It wasn't a free watch offer, but the concept remained the same.
Guys like Gopherr, MyOwnDemon, you (duh), even older posts from SEO_Mike, dekalog6, and CorrectAD. I didn't go through and ask them all for advice, but I read what they said and applied it as I needed it.
Being an AM I think I may have a slight inital advantage as I can see what the conversinos for all of my campaigns are, but any of my affiliates that asked would know the same info that I do. I think the real advantage here is being part of this forum and not being a jackass
