2014 Best CPA networks

I wanted to use CJ. Is it a CPA service? Why has it not been added in the list? I am little bit confused.
 
I think its kind of funny that #16 2014 closed its doors the same year its voted on the list. LOL. The real reason why MaxBounty and the other big networks are up top is because they have solid business models and volume where they are trustworthy to not close their doors suddenly. IMO that is why you see the same players ranking in the top 5. I have been screwed by multiple advertisers and networks so someone dependable is very important.

Some of the others are dependable as well, but in terms of volume and length of operation, they just don't have the history to justify a AAA rating.

Imagine if you did EWA then Millionaire then someone new who goes out... you would be killed financially to have that happen again and again and again.
