Hey guys;
I wrote these articles for a client. The original order was for 75 articles. I sent him these 30, upon which he was to send me the remainder of his balance ($210) and then I would send him the last 45.
It has been 13 days since I've heard from him, despite multiple e-mails on my part. I have decided that since he did not stick to our original agreement that he does not own the intellectual property to his articles.
As a result, I am going to release the 30 articles that I sent to him for a mere $2 an article. Please note that I will not sell them seperately- they are a package.
Payment can me made to me via PayPal (cmart395@mymrc.ca). Once you have sent payment please PM me the name that it would appear from on my PayPal statement so I can confirm your payment. As well, please give me an e-mail address to mail the articles to.
I have thought long and hard about doing this, but I decided after my last two e-mails to him that he was clearly not going to talk to me ever again. He did not express an issue with quality to me (I would have been more than glad to make any changes to his satisfaction) which leads me to believe that he simply doesn't want to pay me the rest of my money.
The article topics are pretty general, ranging from Automotive, product reviews, to "help" articles. They are all around 500 words (some are more, some are less).
Obviously these articles are not unique content (as more than one person will own them), but I believe them to be well written. They are suitable for ari, general content, or aff marketing.
You can do whatever you want to them- modify them, hack them up, change the wording, whatever. However, you are NOT allowed to resell them.
I have never had this issue with any of my clients before and I have many satisifed customers off of WF. I am sorry that I have to do this but I need to recover my lost income somehow.
I will sell these articles to 10 people maximum. This way they (hopefully) won't become saturated.
PS - I will not release the clients name or his website. Though I am quite angry that he has neglected to contact me or return any correspondance I feel that releasing his product to other customers is an acceptable form of retribution on my behalf. Thank you.
