So for option 2 (we write, you spin), does the article we provide you need to be in spinnable format, or can it just be a regular article with no spinning of any kind done, and then you spin it?

No, the article you provide me can just be a regular article that you would like us to spin. It doesn't have to have any syntax or spinning on it at all.

Very quick delivery - 24h.

Spin quality is high, the articles look almost human written.

Initial sites that posted the articles (hope with time some more will come): 570

Took a quick look at some of the other sites and looks like some of them are not ready to take articles, they are just set-up to take articles.

I'll keep an eye on how many links will show up and what results this service will bring.

P.S. I ordered the biggest package - 1500 sites.
