301 correctly

So guys this is true newbie question. I moved my site from www. to non www. (Long Story) However none of my pagerank has passed over and it has been like 3 weeks now. I wanted to see if there was a method/way to see if I did the 301's correctly? Or am I just a moron who thinks pagerank will pass over?

Have your rankings carried over? If yes, you did the 301 properly. The PR should follow, just because the toolbar doesn't say so, it doesn't really matter (unless you are selling links).

Pr updated internally all the time but only exports to toolbar periodically
If rankings followed and stick you should be good
