Love the ridiculous blinking, obviously caused by those things stuck on his head.
I was going to write about him being French so he'd never finish it as he'd be too busy smoking, drinking wine and womanising. Or maybe, like the French stuff which does get finished, it lasts about a week before it either falls apart or just does a gallic shrug then does what it wants.
