Hey just thought I would throw this out there because I haven't seen anybody writing about the site, but I have three domains at the host called 3ix.org. They charge $1.00 a month hosting. I'm sure they won't be as good as hostgator and such but the price for just one domain hosting is great really. I've had it for a few years and a co worker of mine uses it as well.
There is no phone support but they respond quickly to support ticket requests. I won't bother putting my affiliate link in this thread because WTF, who cares. I've received a lot of help from this site and I thought I would give back in as little a way as possible yuk yuk.
This site would be good for a noob for sure, just starting out trying the cheapest ways possible.
