Most of them are on only 1 of the 40 sites, some of them being on 5-6 of the sites. They also have only been on their for a matter of days to a week, and it takes a bit of time for SERP boost to take effect. These should not be the only backlinks for your site either, you should have a nice mix of backlinks with networks like these to supplement your currently backlinking strategy.

If you have a link on all 40 sites on our network you will surely be getting some nice link juice, and once your paid up that link juice will never go away.

This network is new and all of the sites on it have only been added very recently. If you check most of them don't even have the backlinks indexed yet.

And there are many more. Keep in mind very few people have their link on our whole network as we were selling them separately in the past. There are many people targeting some extremely competitive keywords thinking they will get page 1 just using our network, but as you can see people targeting reasonable keywords, and some local keywords with competition are doing well.
 
Sites are PR3-PR5 but don't have any backlinks indexed?

So are these dropped domains?
