its a picture of jackie chan x 4 , so there are four "chans" in the picture thus the picture would be a picture of "4chan", which is also a very famous message board. So the joke is he tells ryan that he is looking at "4chan", but instead of looking at the message board he is actually just looking at a picture of four jackie chans.
